RACV Healesville Country Club Redevelopment

Project Value $80M

Located in the foothills of the Great Dividing Range, the RACV Healesville Country Club is on a ridge overlooking Healesville and the Yarra Valley wine country. The facility has been substantially rebuilt with a series of slender architectural ‘totems’ that are designed to create a strong connection with the stunning landscape. A 80 room hotel resort, which is complemented by extensive leisure amenities comprising of a wellness day spa, gymnasium, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a remodeled golf course and an extensive fitness and walking circuit which makes the most of the surrounding Australian bush landscape.

Project staging involved an early works package for infrastructure and roads, which preceded construction of the new resort building and remodeled golf course. The member’s dining area was retained and key facilities in the existing clubhouse remained operational during the entire construction phase, before being seamlessly integrated into the new structure during the design and build process.

The project was delivered successfully on time and under budget.
